Hukou Waterfall 壶口瀑布
Hukou waterfall is the largest waterfall on the Yellow River, China, the second largest waterfall in China (after the Huangguoshu Waterfall in Guizhou province), and the world's largest yellow waterfall. It has a height of over 20m. When the Yellow River approaches the Hukou Mountain, blocked by mountains on both sides, its width is abruptly narrowed down. The water was like pouring down from a huge teapot. Hence it gets the name Hukou (literally, "flask mouth") Waterfall.
Opening hours: 8:00-18:00
Special offer for students: Half-priced admission ticket to undergraduates or below (including students from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao), valid students ID required.
